HAHA, now I'm a "hippie thinking leftist xxxxxx xxx", that's caused the decline of america:-) How big is your compound in idaho anyway? LoL. I always find it amusing when you don't agree with hard-liners (be it left or right), you are always the reason why america is horrible, but if you complain about america (the one they think you made horrible) you are a left wing hippie or a right wing nazi.

My opinions, unlike yours, are based on a very large volume of research done on the topic. I have in no way advocated being soft on criminals, nor have I said we should be nice to rapists; rather, I pointed out that the current system is not dealing with them properly. Even in states with large mandatory sentences for first time sex offenders (some states already have 15yr min on the books) there is NO improvement in the rate in which rapes are committed.

You see, people like you HATE facts, because they do not often conform to your ideology, which makes them wrong and anyone who believes them "liberal hippies". How many people on this board believe that adding the death penalty with reduce rapes? Bet most would, just as most believe the death penalty for murder will stop murder and other violent crimes.....well, the truth is that we are one of the only industrial nations left on earth with capital punishment and we are, by far, the most violent nation on earth. You see, that fact doesn't conform with your way of thinking (based only on your perceptions and not a shred of evidence), so you hate it, choose not to believe it and call anyone who does believe it a liberal xxxxxx xxx.

But, you are who you are and NOTHING will change a person like you, so I leave you with this - Prove that ANYTHING I said in this, or any other thread, is wrong via some actual proof beyond your own assertions and I will concede the argument an declare you my own personal god.

The horrible truth is that in the state of Florida the average stay on death row is 12 years. Even in a hanging state like Florida only the poor and the very worst of the worst end up on death row, and then they sit there for 12-25 years waiting to be executed. The legal system is broken and we all know it. There have been many unspeakable crimes against children in Florida where I live. All the offenders were repeat felons who had spent their adult lives in prison. They should never have been walking the streets to begin with but due to prison overcrowding they are out there on the streets. The cops can't lock them up fast enough. Sex offenders and viagra have nothing to do with each other. These people are monsters and we need to be protected from them. My VA psychiatrists says there is no cure for child molesters. He is the one who advocated putting them on an island and letting them live out their lives.

I totally agree that sex offenders should be in jail, but unfortunately not all are...and a lot of them are on the VA rolls.

Let me say that I don't advocate cutting off everyone's ED meds , but if they have to temprarily in order to clear the system of convicted sexual offenders receiving the drug ( and yes some do need ED meds, as funny to you as it may sound ), then I cannot imagine anyone having a problem with that scenerio.

Afterall we all know that there is more than one type of sex, and as a nurse and an adult I know for a fact there is more than one way to bring a man to orgasm that doesn't require an erection.

Use your imaginations for a change.... :)

My ex was impotent for years and believe me that is not what ended our marriage.

As a 45 year old male in consent bvack pain I do not have the sex drive I schould have. With a marriead couple sex is more then an act it is intermicty (sorry about the spelling.) My wife feel closer to me after we make love and that is what is imporant to me. I wish I could get the little blue pill and I will ask the Dr on April 17th (next VA apt) for the little pill

Well now mister high and mighty reasearch man instead of betting without knowing what those statistics really are why don't you take a poll and see.

YOU FUNNY!!

A poll of whom? Your friends and social circle? I'm sure that will give a well-rounded perspective on the situation...I guess the FBI and others are wrong and your opinions are right...wow, how I've gone wrong.

As a woman in constant back pain I understand and also know albout intimacy problems from an impotent husband. Fortunately I did not suffer the back pain until after our divorce.

I found that we were able to share intimacy (sex) thru other ways than intercourse...luckily he believed in taking care of his lady and found great satisfaction in that also. Like I said visit Love Seasons and have some fun learning new techniques...loosen up and look at it as really great and really fun educational experience.

Trust me lots of couples had to do that before the "little blue pill" was the great panacea. We all lived thru it, and most of us with a smile on our faces...

:)

Don't count on something that you might not always have available..like Viagra. Trust me, the pneumatic pumps can be fun also with the right frame of mind and an imagination!
