From what I have heard.......the place ought to be glowing in the night. Any studies anyone knows of? "It is cold and we have no blankets. The little children are freezing to death. My people, some of them, have run away to the hills, and have no blankets, no food; no one knows where they are-perhaps freezing to death. I want to have time to look for my children and see how many of them I can find. Maybe I shall find them among the dead. Hear me, my chiefs! I am tired; my heart is sick and sad. I did google for it, but I didn't get, or didn't see the chppm part. Was wondering if it appears on any VA list, you know, like with SHAD, etc., and whether there are any "presumptive" disabilities connected thereto? "It is cold and we have no blankets. I know it has GB abd VX as well as other agents stored on it. I saw it on several lists when I worked for DOD when it came to chemical munition storage facilities. I will try to dig some of those up. J A Veteran is a person who served this country. Treat them with respect. A Disabled Veteran is a person who served this country and bears the scars of that service regardless of when or where they served. Treat them with the upmost respect. I do. Rejection is not a sign of failure. Failure is not an option, Medical opinions and evidence wins claims.
