It was frustrating for me to have the decision but I couldnt post it- as soon as I have time-I will contact you- you can give me lesson on Office.org. I couldnt wait to get this PC and then realized I I didnt know how to use many of the programs! I did start a nice slide show of the decision but somehow I buggered that up too Men and women this decision is extraordinary not only due to the CONUS award but also due to the Chloracne award. I told Jim I only knew one one other chlorance award due to AO but I found the BVA has made 3-4 awards because the veteran had evidence of this type of acne in SMCs with chronicity after service and proven exposure to AO.
