I was told by the VA outpatient clinic in Allentown PA that I have to make an appointment with my VA primary care physician in order to have a prescription filled by the VA pharmacy.
It will be days before I can see my VA doc. The problem is that I need the medication now.
Do I pay for it now at a non VA pharmacy? If so, will the VA reimburse me?
