Get A Medal From Mo

OK Here's my problem

I saw an article on Hadit which referred to the fact that one could get a medal from the State of MO if the proper paper work was sent in

But, I have lost the post & can't find it again so if anyone is aware of where it is Please post it

Oh ya, MO Vet I sent in the paper work,like U suggested, to the State of MO & received my Back Property taxes as U had said I would

My Daughter & I filled out the paper work so it was rather simple to do.
