Art Posted March 9, 2010 Share Posted March 9, 2010 Marti, I live in north Mississippi, the nearest VA hospital is in Memphis, Tn. I have only been there once about my arm twitching it was not a good experience. You can see my post need advice under Gulf War for explanation. Also since I live in Mississippi I always have to remind them to send my paperwork to Jackson, Mississippi Regional office and not Nashville Regional office which they have done several times and then it is lost. retiredat44 Posted July 12, 2010 Share Posted July 12, 2010 I thought I had MS, but the doctors said I have Dystrophy.. but at least I got a diagnosis of why my body is a mess.. Not in appeals, since I got 100%, and some of it was winning an 1151 negligence, which the VA turns out does not give ful benefits if you win 1151 negligence they squirm and legal loophhole you and your family out of many benefits, really crapp nasty bunch running the va benefits, they wil backstab and scre wyou even if you win you lose.
