You must be 100%, If you are call the VA 800 number and tell them you need a commissary/exchange ID letter and then take it to the nearest base or military post.

My intentions are to help, my advice maybe wrong, be your own advocate and know what is in your C-File and the 38 CFR that governs your disabilities and conditions.

Do your own homework. No one knows the veteran’s symptoms like the veteran. Never Give Up.

I do not give my consent for anyone to view my personal VA records.

Jay, I live in Birmingham Alabama, can anyone tell me where the nearest facility that issue commissary ID to me?

Try this number (205) 714-2315 call and ask what do you need to bring for you and your spouse

Try Fort Bragg.

Lets see Fort benning is closer so is Fort McPherson and Fort Rucker Ala navy bases in Florda Fort Gordon there are dozens of places closer than Fort Bragg in North Carolina hell why not go to Fort Sill or the repo depot at San Diego and make a vacation out of it
