OK

maybe I posted the last item incorrectly

I have been ruled as I need a fudicary for quite some time

I just need some help with this new thingie where my Wife & I am directed how to spend my comp

Any questions please post as I am to talk to this guy today

Who has told you this information ?

Do you have a copy of it in print - like a letter from the VA stating this ?

It does not sound right to me. I would need to see it in writing from VA.

The VA fiduciary program is in a mess:

It should run similiar to SSA.

SSA said my husband was incompetent but VA said he wasn't.

His SSA check had my name on it, I deposited and spent it -with the checks as proof of what we used it for.

I would think VA realises that people use debit cards these days and they can have the same way of accounting for the money as a checking account does.

Something does seem wrong here as Carlie said.
