Halos you made the comment that we already knew that and I was trying to give you a heads up that in another thread this issue was discussed and that bandido was helping out because the fact is as I understand it Texas Veterans Service made it not accessible to the general public which is most of us.

Carlie and you point out that Hadit had a link to it. Bookmarks are a great thing when they work.

I said I already had it saved... not sure if it was from this site or another, though. I am still not getting the jist of how I would have been able to see how this was related to the Texas Vet Com?

It is not a usual behavior of mine when I post to check other posts by that member. My time does not afford me the availibility to do this.

I guess I will just stick to posts that I can see what is asked/requested/informational and not reply to blanket one's.

It used to be available for anyone on Texas Veterans Web Site. Many here bookmark places that have information.

The point and the only point is that it is no longer available there. I am 99.9% it is available here on Hadit and quite a few other places.

Texas Veterans Site is helpful to many but like most things that has anything to do with the VA the only thing that really counts are Regulations and Laws that the VA must follow.

Please don't feel that I am giving you a hard time I was just trying to answer a question that you asked.
