Flagged File

Hello All Hope All Is Well.

Does VAMC have an obligation to notify Veteran of such a FLAG in correspondence or is this just another bully tactic? or delay? UNKNOWN REASONS.To date I have not recieved any correspondence as to why my file is flagged?

The easiest way I was able to find out (at one time) that my file

was flagged, was by asking my VA mental health provider.

If you have a good relationship with any VAMC provider you can ask them

as it shows up on the top right side of their screen or at least mine did.

My file was flagged for a few reasons :

1) Stalking a VAMC doctor with a loaded weapon on Federal property.

2) FTC against Bay Pines VAMC and specified VAMC employee.

3) Acting upon suicidal/homicidal plans - Baker Acted.

Mine was flagged after I was inpatient for awhile.
