Retroactive?

Hello,

I have not had my claim adjusted yet. I want to know if a person is upgraded from 10% to 50% does that retrocativity go back to the point where he/she was given the 10% rating??? or.....

Does the retroactive only go back to the point when the 50% rating was given???

The retro in most cases goes back to the date the claim was filed for an increase in SC.

Retro is normally paid from the date claim is filed for an increase in benefits.

How long does it take to receive retroactive payment. I am 80% and will be receiving first check August 1.
