In my copy of my c-file that I have had since oh almost my first claim back in 2003 for DM2, hypertension and chest pain.
There is a heart write up from a place that did an evaluation on me and it states:
Gated SPECT shows a calculated left ventricular ejection fraction of 50% with normal global and regional contracrility.
Now in the VA rates for heart disease it states:
More than one episode of acute congestive heart failure in the past year, or; workload of greater than 3 METs but not greater than 5 METs results in dyspnea, fatigue, angina, dizziness, or syncope, or; left ventricular dysfunction with an ejection fraction of 30 to 50 percent!!
Now if I was having chest pain back then and my ejection fraction was 50% should I not have been granted 60%??
Please let me know what you all think on this. just to let you know I was granted 60% after a heart attack in 05.
