Question

I am just curious about the claims rating process. If your claim is in that phase for days upon day how on earth does the va expect to lower the back log and a rater is on one claim for that amount of time. I am i may just not understand the process so that is why i am asking if anyone has any info on this.

Thnx

Cm,

It's the Adjudication Process of claims that is the backlog, rating is just one small part

of the whole ball of wax.

Keep in mind - they do not have to pay claimants any interest on retro amounts.
