Bravo6 Posted November 13, 2010 Share Posted November 13, 2010 I was awarded SSDI on November 5th! The way we found out was my wife call the bank to check our account balance! Well the balance was HUGE thus I call my attorney to ask if I had been approved! The deposit was from SSA.......I rec'd the deposit before I rec'd the award notice! Anyways, its a GOOD DAY! I was awarded SSDI without going to the ALJ........I was getting scheduled for a hearing but I rec'd an ON THE RECORD Decision! My EVIDENCE was iron-clad! WOOOHOOOO!
