Hello and good day to you all. I had a haed time getting to this area to post a message and I dont think I am on the right area but hopefully I can get some assistance. I recently filed approximately 12 claims with the VA and I received a rating of 60% of only 4 of the claims and I was denied on the other 8. I would like to get some assistance on how to proceed with some of the claims that were denied. Additionally, I recently filed another claim to include sleep apnea. There is no documentation in my file for sleep apena but there is documentation of +PND and I was told that is related to sleep apnea. Please let me know how to proceed with this claim. Thanks

You have a lot of issues here-they all need to have either an inservice documented nexus (link)or be secondary to what is now an SCed condition.
