Berta Posted February 1, 2011 Share Posted February 1, 2011 The BVA ombudsman didnt understand why I couldnt get through to the BVA and gave me his link- and that still didn't work. I tried through the VA main site too and that didnt work. Is anyone else having problems with the BVA site? I am using the same links I have used for years and all my other links to VA, CAVC, IG, OGC etc still work? GRADUATE ! Nov 2nd 2007 American Military University ! He he-it takes mere seconds to clean caches and I always forget how this can mess up a PC link. The BVA site is GREAT as I have learned as much from denials as from awards. Probably learned more from denials as the awards do not really reveal all the evidence the BVA considered for the award. If a vet has IMOs in the file, the BVA focuses on them because if the BVA agrees they put the claim under Benefit of DOubt (Relative Equipoise) the rest of the evidence probably enhances the IMOs anyhow and they don't need to list it all or opine on it all in their decisions.
