How Often Is Information Updated On Ebenefits?

I've been wondering this for a while and feel others might benefit from an answer.

When the RO's input changes to the status of a claim on Ebenefits, does the update show up immediately on Ebenefits or does it show up in a couple of days? I don't know if the status update shows up when the entire system is updated or not.

Ive seen documents appear in the submittal list in the middle of the day, that weren't there that morning.

Every RO updates it themselves. The Lincoln NE RO is, for the most part, on the ball with this. Others, YMMV.
