Being Service Connected does not establish any priority except that your group will be seen with the other groups and once in the VA its every Veteran for themselves. The Secretary oof the VA can decide that VA will not see say groups 6 and 7. But the other Groups 1 thru 5 have no priority over each other in being seen.
