Question

hubby is completely unemplyable due to non sc stroke...tho has 20% SC rate on arm laceration....waiting on rate increase info since sept 2011...can he get a rating smaller that 100%..but still get paid at 100% rate due ti IU? he gets military retirement currently....he is totally disabled by stroke..and connot do any work at all...he is 73 and never retired really........as he was realtor and security guard at time of stroke..explain to me how IU would work in his case..thank you

he y gets retirement pay now...3 retirement pays totally 4k month....is pension based on current monthy income?

I believe pension is based on annual income for the vet and spouse.

At 4 K per month income - the criteria for pension would be knocked out of the ball park.
