Good Morning Jack, As a child, I lived in the P.I., on Clark AFB. My Dad was in the USAF. SAC 1950s Beautiful country. I went back in the 1980s and helped create WWII memorial libraries. I went back in the 1980s and helped create WWII memorial libraries. Best wishes, Bob Its a beautiful contry Bob. I spent a month there last summer but got bit by a bad mosquitoe. I had dengue fever. It was very painful. Hard to believe a mosquitoe could make you so sick. Next time I'll be more carefull. My son is only 8yrs old and dengue can kill a boy that age so we won't be going back for a few more years. Next time I go I want to visit the WW2 sites. My father in law was a in the gorrila movement during the war. His uncle was murdered in the death march. I have my father in laws military records. He recieved the bronze star.
