What is the standard(or wording) as far as establishing service connection by IMO Drs opinion.I have read it somewhere before, but can't seem to find it on the site.In other words the legal standard that must be met to have opinion satisfy the standard of service connection-like in criminal case its" beyond a reasonable doubt", in some civil matters its a" preponderence",others, its " more likely than not",or "at least as likely", or "might be"
