  1. mine is all based on physical injuries and none of it is based on PTSD( or any psychologically )related issues
  2. Yes-I have received the final written decision on claims-no-none of this is based on PTSD/or other non physical injuries
  3. I was just awarded 100% combined rating(from 80% TDIU)-new claim decision does not say anything re being permanent vs temporary.Am I eligible to do some work and earn some income?what are limitations if any?It also does not state anything re future physical exams etc.Just want to know what the rules are. Thanks to all.
  4. I am 100% TDIU. I have Rx coverage with a former civilian employer, but with a large co-pay.I have been to VA pharmacy to get Rx's filled, but a lot of the medicine I have to take, they don't have and can't fill. Is there any reimbursement for co-pay amount under these circumstances? If so,how do you go about claiming it,what forms, etc. Thanks
  5. I have been on 100%tdiu-no exams, etc. for some time.I have prescription coverage from civilian employment and am over 65-with medicare, etc. Question-I still end up with a sizable deductable on the many Rxs I have to take. How does Champ work?I understand I don't qualify for tri care. What is the procedure to use/claim champ-is it worthwhile-how do you claim, receive it, etc.?Thanks
  6. I have a friend that is having a tdiu problem like you are and he would like to speak with you about the problem but he dose not have a computer. fell free to contact me with e-mail or phone jeecook@sbcglobal.net 417 626 8310..

  9. What is the standard(or wording) as far as establishing service connection by IMO Drs opinion.I have read it somewhere before, but can't seem to find it on the site.In other words the legal standard that must be met to have opinion satisfy the standard of service connection-like in criminal case its" beyond a reasonable doubt", in some civil matters its a" preponderence",others, its " more likely than not",or "at least as likely", or "might be"
  10. not that this matters-but had double total knees done(same time)-next day-put a belt around my waist and made me get up standing-the phrase "have no good leg to stand on" has a profound meaning to me-also interesting and a challenge-trying to go to the bath room(think about it) having just had a double knee replacement
  11. treat yourself to a well earned vacation .You have earned it.
  12. I have had severe issues with back, disc issues.Had MRIs,etc-went to several Drs.-the ortho who did my double knee replacement suggested that I try inversion table.I asked him if it was ok with double knee replacement-he said no problem .It has not been a problem and has helped-I have also had numerous spine injections and the other back surgeon I had gone to of course wants to operate-which I am trying to avoid. To answer your question-the inversion table has helped me and even with me having had double knee replacement-not a problem.I would think it would not be too much for your knees, but just an opinion based on my experience
