it looks like you are heading for a 10% rating. the doctor checked "occasional" bowel disturbances. He would need to check "near constant distress" for a 30% rating. He did say it impacted your ability to work which might help.

The last line about further testing is generic VA garb I think.

Thanks for looking I sent in all the paper work from my Pvt doc but he did not get it at that time. where my doc said it was chronic and the c&p examer was a Radiologist when my doctor is a GI specialists. I also told him that the paper work was at the RO i hope they look at everything .

one thing I did not see is a place for the C&P examiner to state whether or not it is service related. I didn't think it was a big deal because you are a gulf war vet and IBS is presummed to be service connected.

Good Luck.

my last exam only lasted about 15 minutes. it was ortho and related to my IU claim. the reason it was brief was because the doctor was unable to do a physical exam as i am wheel chair bound and there were no nurses on the premises to help me stand up long enough for him to complete his exam. he apologized to me for wasting my time and told me to bug the heck out of regional to get this claim adjudicated. i mention this because a brief exam isn't necessarily a bad thing.
