Reimbursement?

Can anyone tell me how I would get my reimbursement for Adaptive Equipment? Would it come in the form of a check directly to me or do the deposit it in my bank account? How long does it take after all the paper has been completed and signed by me and prosthetics agent?

11/9/2011 1394 Approved/Signed off

1/17/2012 Received check, dated 01/13/2012

So, at least in may case, 2 months and approximately one week.

Not bad, considering that there were some legal holidays over the past coupla months.
