I'm also assuming that unlike requesting a cfile while a claim is in progress, this request (copy of C&P exam) shouldn't impact/delay matters of my current claim. that is correct! carlie Posted December 2, 2011 Share Posted December 2, 2011 The REASON it is correct - is because (If C&P was at a VAMC) you are getting a copy of something contained in your medical records at the VAMC Versus getting a copy of something contained in your c-file - located at the VARO (although your c-file should also contain a copy - that's not where it's coming from).
