Idl Program: You Must Seek Employment After Taking College Courses

Question

My vocational rehabilitation couselor told me that to take college courses under the I D L Program you must be seeking employment. This statement is from her's supervisor. I wanted to take an AA computer Tech training at Jr College. I was told NO by the Voc.Rehab .You can't just take courses for a hobby......Can someone help me? Do to my SC disabilities No one will hire me

I'd write a letter explaining "your understanding" of their recent statement denying you access to the Independent Living Program (ILP), for the purpose of taking college level courses, "unless you are seeking employment" and that you request to appeal it to the BVA. jmo
