Can a 100% disabled apply for pain SC compersation?

I'm 100% plus 60 %, Can I get SMC R 1?

I was told that 100% veterans can not use the Legel service on the AAFB in Campspring, Maryland.. I call and that what they told me. I would love to know why not?

TDIU change to 100% after 5 years. Is that true?

Can a Disabled veteran that didn't pay enough SSA tax, Can he get SSDI due to wife had paid enough into SSA?

I had applied for SSI 3 times and the SSA had denied me each time. I'm 100%.

Sometimes Ebenefits is Accurate. It seem that the VA take months to update its information.

I received a note today from Ebenefit that the VA won't get around to see my claim until 1/15/2014 . Should I called the US President? I wish you well in getting your claim soon. God bless you.

SSA told that I have to wait for 5 years to get S S D. Since I didn't apply for S S D after retiring on Disability from the Govt. Should I get a lawyer?

I was not told by the DCVAMC that I was having a Full Dental C and P exam in Jan.12. I told that I was to have a TMJ C and P exam. I received a copy of the Exam and wrote to the Baltimore VARO that the Dental provider didn't asked me any questions why I had so many silver fillings and missing teeth. I Inform the VARO that the Base Mess Hall serve me boneless steak that had bones in the meat. I crack all the teeth in my mouth and receive treatment at the Base Dental Clinic.. This was a important issue that would have cause my rating to be rated 0%.....Veterans always request a copy of the C & P exam after the exam from the Medical Record Department. Read the report. If the Doctor missed something. Write the VARO to correct your exam if need to......Good Luck to all my Disable Veterans Friends. I wonder what my rating will be now?

The Baltimore,Maryland DAV don't have enough V S O at that office,but they do the works. I used that DAV Office all the time.

I check my E-Benefits status and It was not up to date. I had a C&P exam on Jan 9,2012 and It have not show up on the E-Benefits Program. Who do you talk to about this problem? Wish you all luck on your claims.

I read the new rules in a veteran newspaper that the Subsistence allowance have been change. Please call the VA Vol Rehab department for more information.

My vocational rehabilitation couselor told me that to take college courses under the I D L Program you must be seeking employment. This statement is from her's supervisor. I wanted to take an AA computer Tech training at Jr College. I was told NO by the Voc.Rehab .You can't just take courses for a hobby......Can someone help me? Do to my SC disabilities No one will hire me

Dental:T M J Increase> I'm 0% now. I have limited range of the jaw movement. I hear noises{ clinking/popping and locking of the jaw while I'm trying open my mouth. Facial pain when open & closing.Pain when chewing. Pain in both ears and ears feel congestion. Pain in neck and ringing in both ears. I have severe headaches and dizziness. Treatment are Medications,moist heat to jaws,and mouth guard to help with the teeth grinding and clenching. Pain on both side of the Jaw.. What of my chance of getting a Rating for T M J?

A friend is 70%PTSD and never told the 1st Exam Dr about he tried to take his life after 11 months getting out of the Military. He was told by non veterans that they would lock him up in a mental hospital for life. Should I go to the 2nd C and P Exam with him to tell the VA Dr he tried to take his life in the past? He need lots of help.

Did SSA use both your military work time and civilian work time? I'm going to ask that question in the morning. Thanks you
