Spiderman
My VSO has requested a predetermination hearing for me, after he messed the wording up in my claim 8 months ago, my question is; is a predetermination hearing the same thing as a RO hearing? HadIt.com Elder Philip Rogers Posted February 28, 2012 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted February 28, 2012 Yes and no. Generally a RO hearing is done during the appeal process, after a NOD has been filed. Sounds like a predetermination hearing is being done prior to the decision, probably to clarify some issues, in an effort to avoid an appeal and perhaps correct some VSO errors, at the same time. jmo pr
