Letter From Washington

Question

Hi,

I got my 30% for migraines last year, but on January I requested an increase on-line. I got a letter from Waco 2-14-12 that stated my claim is still in procees. Today I got the same letter dated 3-12-12 but from Washington. I have never gotten a letter from Washington.

My question is: do I have anything to worry about? And could I lose my 30%. What can I expect?
