He also wrote down for my headaches,due to frequent debillitating headaches,veteran is able to work only part time and feels he will soon be unable to work at all. Just by the examiner stating this, I doubt very much they will grant TDIU. Unless you file an NOD with a good IMO you fight a better chance of being granted.
