C&p Nightmare

Question

Hey All.

I went to my C&P almost a year ago.

I dont know who she was because she never introduced herself, or gave me a title.

I am a bipolar patient of 8 years (very documented in the VA).

she spent 5 minutes asking me worthless questions, then told me my problem was all personality disorders not bipolar.

she then went as far as acusing me of using heroin. when I became upset, she said she felt unsafe and ended the interview.

I responded later in letters to the VA voicing my complaint. They launched an investigation but I never heard anything.

Now my claim is in the middle of the decsion board and im wondering how much weight that could carry.

thanx

Last month I did a C&P for depression and the guy said to me, just answer the question an no more. Everytime I would say something, he would say, just yes or no - do you understand!

He was good at giving dirty looks, and I was good at giving crazy looks!

Everybody,

I am living proof that even a terrible C&P can work!

I just received my award letter after a long year and a half wait.

100% for Bi-polar disorder.

Hang in there everybody the wait is terrible, but sometimes you get what you need.
