carlie
I sent in an appeal and recently received a Supplement Statement of Case. On the top of the SSOC it notes Decision; Evaluation of migraine cephalgia which is currently 10% disabling, is increased to 30% effective__-__-2008 and Evaluation of old fracture left foot which is currently 0% disabling, is increased to 20% effictive __-__-2008.. SO I have an old rating of 20%...Which I will keep.. My appeal appears as granting me 2 new ratings.. One at 20% and the other one increasing from 10 to 30%. Thanks again... You "old rating of 20%" is for what disability?

juhlgold
Today I call the 1-800 number and was kinda shocked.. They advised me that the Supplemental Statement of Case, was not a final decesion.. only a suggestion.. Is this really true? I received the SSOC about a month and a half ago.. nothing since then? I did file an appeal. But how could anyone really file an appeal, if it appears in the SSOC..A granting decesion?
