A Change To E-Benefits Site This Past Weekend?

Maybe I just never noticed it before, but it looks like they have added an "Estimated Time" as far as completion of Comp Claims go on the page where you check the status of your claim. Under the heading Details of Your Claim it has Claim Received (date - which was always there), claim type (also there before and then Estimated Completion Date of your Claim. Did I miss this before or is this new? Thanks!

After you said that I checked mine today and same here I was pushed 2 months later. It wasn't like that on Monday.

Once you sign into E-benefits and it takes you to the main page.....

Click on My Personal Dashboard

Click on Compensation & Pension Claims Status

Under the Open Claims.....Click on the date of the open claim

On the page it takes you to at the top of the page it has written "Details of Your Claim"

directly under that title you will see the Estimated Time of Completion of Claim

My claim also shows a change/addition of 2 more months of waiting which will put it at 30 months.....but then I'm guessing it will probably be a heck of alot longer then their written "estimate" after looking at what Winston-Salem has been putting out lately and their backlog.
