Got A Call From Houston Regional Office

I rceived a call from the regional office, concerning my de Novo appeal on my eye and housebound claim, Was informed that it would be denied.When I tried to get an answer as to why she wouldn't explain, I asked her why even call me, just put it in writing, and I 'll appeal it to the BVA. Hell they allready wasted over 18 months on this claim..... I asked her really, did you call me to discuss the claim of raise my blood pressure.....cause you really wasted my time and pissed me off. Houston Regional Office really sucks turds.... now my weekend is ruined ... damn people.... they must get enjoyment of screwing up someone's day otherwise why bother calling.

So sorry to hear this. You're right: why call with bad news?? If it doesn't help you perfect the next stage of your claim, why bother??

I just wonder how long the VA has known that they were going to deny your claim Sometimes , I believe this is how they get their kicks. T don't give up.
