They transferred mine. My inital claim was in the Philadelphia VARO when I lived in PA. When I moved to Airzona last April they immediately transferred it out to the Phoenix VARO once I changed my address with the VARO. It took a month to travel out here. Then when it arrived out here they put it back into review of evidence to go over it again for 4 months even though it was in decision status in Phili.

Folders should only be moved at the veterans request or they move and an exam is needed. These should be the only two reasons. Jmho.
