Got Ebenifit Running Today At Rating Phase?

I don't really know what at the rating phase means. I started 3 claims May/ 10 /12. I had 3 c&ps on June 4. So any help I thank you!!

At least one well known Vets advocate recommends NOT following your claim on ebenefits. I understand his reasoning. He suggests if we follow it too closely, it does not help us, but we can get discouraged. For example if it gets to stage "D" then goes back to development or stage B. Its probably gonna happen that someone pushes it through and someone else comes by and says..."gee..they forgot the C and P..we have to go back to square one"

You have probably done that. Got already to go somewhere and then realized..gee..I forgot my pills..got to go back home and get them. So you go all the way back home and start your journey over. You can let that frustrate you or you can let it go. I choose the later..at least some of the time.

I agree. It can be discouraging, and also be misleading. It's typically behind on posting, so you may be further along that what they are displaying........or worse still when you believe that you have made great strides in moving forward (according to ePeggy), the truth may be that the VA has already kicked it back to Gathering again. It's happened to me before.

I do check it at least once a week though admittedly.

Hi and thanks to your replies! I very well know that I have to have patients. I have been waiting since 2004 for a appeals decision on a appeal for GAD. But my question is: Is at the rateing board possibly the last stage before there final decision? Once again I have a overwelming amount of patience in dealing with the va. Have a great day!

One thing is for certain, you started claims on May 12, 2012 and already had 3 C&P exams is a miracle in itself!!!!! Best of luck...
