Ebenefits Basic Account

hey guy's i was on ebenefits.I have a basic account.but i have messages that need to read.I can only read them if i have a premium acct.in which i dont have.any help on seeing how to read them.Or see what the messages are.

Howdy Truck. To get a premium account, you can go to your nearest VARO and complete a form, and they will upgrade you to premium status. This is what I had to do in Houston. I have also heard that you can get a premium account by calling a telephone number, and getting it activated over the phone. I didn't use that method. (Wasn't around when I activated mine.) But you might try that first.

Hi Vet, I got my premium acct online at the e-benifits site. I foget how but just look around on the e-benifits site.

I went the telephone route for my premium account. I just picked a day and time and on schedule they called. They asked a few questions. The one I remember the most was the dollar amount of my last VA electronic payment.
