Moderator broncovet Posted October 3, 2012 Moderator Share Posted October 3, 2012 Before you try anything else, I suggest you clear your history/cache since this is not a problem with me. If you let me know which browser (Internet explorer, firefox, chrome, etc) you have, I can help you.

Moderator broncovet Posted October 4, 2012 Moderator Share Posted October 4, 2012 To find out if the problem is in your browser, "isolate it". Use internet explorer to download "google chrome". You can find it here: https://www.google.com/intl/en/chrome/browser/?&brand=CHMB&utm_campaign=en&utm_source=en-ha-na-us-sk&utm_medium=ha Then try again with another browser, such as chrome or you can also try firefox. If it works with chrome, then the problem was in your browser or cache. If you continue problems, try a different computer (in your own house, if you have one) If neither computer will work, then the problem is likely your internet, and you should contact your internet service provider.
