In 21 sept 12 i put in for an increase. I was 30% PTSD now I am 70% PTSD for a total combined 80%= 70%PTSD, 30% IBS, and 10% for lower back strain. Now i have 14 contension i thought at the DRO called peggy (1-800) number and i ask what at my issues with the DRO are and she said this:

1 TDIU

2 Motion Loss skeletal x 2

3 Hypertensive Vascular disease

4 CFS

5 Sleep Apnea ( they put this in. I had put in sleep disbubace)

6 Leg limitation

7 Arthritis

8 Migraine

9 TB- Plum, chronic , inactive

10 Degenritive arthritis of the spine

11 Other sense organ diabability

My wife said they scrub the claim can anybody see if this is a good thing? thanks

On your most recent decision that increased you to

a combined compensable evaluation of 80 percent -

did the decision address IU somewhere in the narrative

or Reasons and Bases Section ?

Personally, I'd probably let the DRO know that IF

IU is granted with P&T status -

then I would consider all of my claim issues, to be satisfied

and no further appeal would be necessary.

Carlie,

I read through the award letter and there was no there was no mention of IU in it, but as u see from my OP the IU is with the DRO which i have and lawyer for.

Plus i have Fibro that i had an C&P for which look favarable for me that is up at the DRO. should i talk to the lawyer about this an would they agree to this it has been about three years i like your idea about talking to dro but i can not the lawyer can only speak to him :(
