Anyone else get moved backed one step? I was moved from Review of Evidence to Gathering of Evidence and of course this causes them to change Estimated Claim Completion Date: 12/25/2013 to 06/22/2014.

I am wondering if or how many people had their claims moved back after Shineski announced the "pretermination decisions.....

good luck on both, I was given a C&P by a QTC and he never went into my stressor or what I did while in VN. He stated he knew as he has treated many dog handlers and knew there stressor. I was awarded 50% for PTSD.

Well I received a call this morning and it was for 2 C&P appointments. All next week....I misunderstood the city Cape Corral and was thinking Naples whenever he said that. I agreed to one appt at Bay Pines for MH and other exam in Cape Corral which he said would be a long exam but more paperwork than anything. Hopefully they will have a specialist or even a Medical Doctor on hand to do the phycial body exam but my hopes are not up.

Good luck to you. ensure you tell them how you are feeling on your worst days and not your best days. What was your original filing date. God bless

Your C&P was a contract Dr? If so where in Georgia did you go?

Yes I am in same situation. Eben was stating that I did not send/upload and evidence. I have all my certified mail receipts and upload receipts. Well I guess I will be getting a provisional decision.

My claim date is 5/1/2012 which makes it one year and 2 days old. I also have a NOD by DRO at St Pete RO but they are going to work on this claim first then deal with the NOD later, I guess. I haven't heard one thing on the NOD. Eitherway the IMO will more likely, hoping, trump any C&P examiner.

My claim has gone from preperation for notification about 6 months ago to pending decision approval and now to gathering of evidance.

Just going backward by leaps and bounds.
