Got Denial Letter On Cue

States no revisional letter is warrented in evaluation Appeal Managements Centers Decision of OCtober 16 2012 wether the evaluation assigned for scar was a CUE what I asked for was an Early effective date the Appeal went in during 2004 for the hernia and scar the upgrade was given in 2012 of April what are they talking about or do I have it wrong help they back dated my case to April of 2012.

Sometimes I don't think the AMC can read.

Spoke to DAV in Washington DC Appeals Management team 202 632 4631 they let me know the Judge and is about to sign off on my case and it looks favorable that after they denied the CUE above it was remanded back to DC and it went to the Appeals board in washington where it looks like I whill win an Early Effective date to how far back I dont know but i will see they will sign off soon and i should here something shortly keeping fingers crossed.
