Motherof3 Posted August 9, 2013 Share Posted August 9, 2013 It is actually saying if you are enrolled in VA Medically Center and at your 100% you meet regulations which will take effect 2014. You do not have to do anything, you have full coverage at VA. That's what mine says. They are being proactive because time is drawing near for mandatory coverage of everyone.
