Congestive Heart Failure

Just got my report back from my c&p exam for my heart,I am a vn vet and they said, veteran has ischemic heart disease , (coronary artery disease) with cardiac hypertrophy.I have 8 METS.The rating should be 30% with the cardiac hypertrophy.They ask me if I had chf and I said no,went through my old progress notes and they said I do have chf,would the rating be higher if I would of told them that I had chf also.

More than one episode of acute congestive heart failure in the past year, or; workload of greater than 3 METs but not greater than 5 METs results in dyspnea, fatigue, angina, dizziness, or syncope, or; left ventricular dysfunction with an ejection fraction of 30 to 50 percen 60

That is the 60 percent. More than one episode of acute chf. Chronic CHF is 100 percent.
