Question

I had a c&p conducted a couple of days ago. My question is, is it normal for a PTSD c&p questions to only be about my marriage, work, and if I knew what PTSD was. Wasn't sure if this was common. A little worried about it to tell the truth. thanks for any input.

each and every time, veterans have told me that the examiner wanted to know about their upbringing, any abuse physical or sexual, your marriage status and if your having problems. i'm not sure why they ask those questions, but I have had vets in my office who had became upset with the questions and left the examination. The claim was denied and now they come to me and ask if there is a way they can get this approved without going back to the initial examiner.

Of course this is normal.

You've requested financial compensation and service connection for a condition.

VA has to determine 1st, if the condition is SC'd and 2nd, how the condition effects

and to what degree, your daily occupational and social functioning.

Compensation is not provided just because one has a condition, but how the condition

effects their ability to earn income and their most personal relationships.

Carlie passed away in November 2015 she is missed.
