Will My C &p Examiner Have Access To My Va Notes? And Another Q.

I'm looking through my va notes on myhealthyvet through the blue button feature and it has my general C&P info from this past thursday along with my visit to a psych and therapist that day because I told my gen cp examiner I was having suicidal thoughts when she asked me.

Will my mental health C&P examiner have access to the files or will I have to download them and upload to my evidence? I go tomorrow.

Also in my general C&P my doctor added I had a heart condition I overlooked in my medical records. If it's legit which she thinks will it be added to claim list or will I have to claim in another claim?

S/he should have your complete C-file there and should have pre-read it. You medical info may not be current, tho.

Should, will, could....if you want to be sure, make copies of the relevant stuff and highlight the high points in color or something. Worst, its just paperwork that is extra, but best, it will spark discussion or a reminder of whats happening-and it will remind you of things to bring up as well.
