Notification Stage

COOL BREEZE

Question

Claim just went from preparation for decision to preparation for notification all in one day. (over 1 year plus I have 2 cues from 96 0n this one)This is a massive claim for cervical fusion, feet, and IU. With a 70% rating now, even a DAV service officier agreed there is no way I should not make it. I have bilateral pain for both shoulders from cervical as well. Examiner added IU for work-can't lift anything over head and can't walk or stand more than 3o minutes. Also evidence of nerve damage in neck-impringement of nerve. Evidence, a private nuroligist did a conduction test showing NP throughout the entire body secondary to spine. And DAV in phoenix changed/added more contentions as well. Perhaps they supposedly reviewed itthis time. Fingers crossed woith massive fire work display pending

Thanks everyone. To make matters worse, I was diagnosed with a meningioa tumor in the brain. They say it is benign, however I have the VA doing a MRI on the brain and spine this Sunday, I have been switching my care back to the VA, however I also use TRICARE for less important matters now. Tired of paying co-pays!
