Two Members Have Same Problem

Carlie and I have the same problem in downloading the new form 21-0958, NOD fill-able, we both get this same message: you need a later version of the PDF viewer. We have the latest version of Adobe Reader. Can download other forms, but not this one. Would appreciate any help.

This doesn't work for me either. I made all of my NOD's without the form. Maybe it is different now. I think it is a VA problem though.

It is a VA Problem not adobe.

Not sure of the problem but it opens for me. At first it did not want to open but I kept trying until it opened.
