Making preperations for an upcomming Video Appeal.

Ahaa! I found 38CFR Part 4 on Google diagnostic codes and compensation!

Found everything except: Sleep depravation/Insomnia and ED. Anyone with info in these?

Thanks,

I think someone answered for you already-but you have a powerful weapon-38 CFR Part 4 !

Men and women- every claimant should have this info right on their Desktop-or in Favorite link-

They should check the DCs immediately when they get something from the VA-

The wrong DC might well mean they rated you wrong and gave you the wrong %.

I have an SOC here and every DC they put is wrong-

The rating is 100% as combined but still these DC codes are wrong and the veteran is eligible for SMC but they did not consider SMC because those percentages are all wrong-

They will snooker a vet anyway they can and it is solely up to the vet to figure this stuff out because most of the vet reps I know do not even have a rating schedule handy, let alone the long list of DCs .

Thanks again, Berta.

You are right about 38 CFR Part 4, I've been reading it today.

Still looking for DC for Sleep Depravation/Insomnia and ED.

Here are some codes for it:

This case explains how they determine the DCs for erectile dysfunction:

It is also the SMC "K" award.
