E-bennies is it........Have you gotten your SOC and form 9 to move to the BVA?

You do not need a parachute to skydive. You only need a parachute to skydive twice.

When you appeal to the board (the BVA)

you have to 1. File a NOD. 2. Get a Statement of Case (SOC). 3. Then appeal to the BVA.

Others more wise than me may further educate you on this item but, reading similar cases on this site will more rapidly fill you in.

Good luck and don't quit.
