Jeffrey.ross0309
Hi everyone, I am 29 and have had a few surgeries I am on Vacation in a different state until aug 15th. I gave the va my tempory address. I had my Valium delivered overnight because it was due on the 20th. My oxycodone is due Saturday the 28th and when I talked with the pharmacy today they said it was being shopped today but I wouldn't get till Monday as they don't deliver on Saturdays. I was told though that all narcotics have to be overnighted. I was wondering if anyone here knows if they do indeed deliver Saturday because when I was home in LA I had had it delivered on a Saturday once. Is it because it would cost to much to do it that way to another state. My meds run out on sat and were going with family this weekend for a big BBQ at a lake then to the zoo so I would really need my pain meds. Any advice or knowledge on how the shipping process works would be great thanks! Jeff Not sure if I post this here!
carlie
I split your question off and made it a topic, so people might see it and reply. Carlie passed away in November 2015 she is missed.
Guest
You can always go to the nearest VAMC and get a partial refill, I think they will give you about 10 to cover you.
vern2
Pete 992, is correct. Make sure you have an empty bottle with Rx number on it. I have done this, when meds ran out. The question is narcotics, as my meds were hypertension. hamster man Vern
vern2
Oh, and do this during week. My JACC is closed on weekends, especially pharmacy! Vern
